Princess Tunku Tun Aminah Muminah Iskandariyah of Johor State of Malaysia has married Dennis Muhammad Abdullah of Dutch origin on August 14 this month. The special thing is that this son-in-law of Sultan has a job in a property development firm. Princess and Dennis met in a cafe in Malaysia about three years ago. Dennis then accepted Islam.
This marriage has got the support and eminence of both families. Families married both of them according to all the traditional rituals and according to the centuries-old traditions of the Muslims of Johor, Sultan demanded 22.50 ringgit ie Meher’s amount of about 300 rupees for his daughter. Tunku Tun is the only daughter of Sultan and he is second in his six children.
At the time Tunku met up with his current husband, Dennis used to be a marketing manager of Tampines Rovers Football Club in Singapore. By accepting Islam in 2015, he became Dennis Muhammad Abdullah from Dennis Varmas. Dennis comes from a small town in the Netherlands. He has also been a model and semi-professional footballer. Dennis’s father works in a flower shop and mother works in a clothing store.
